Ed Moloney: Marketing, Sales and Leasing Expert

After many years in the Entertainment Industry, specializing in marketing and advertising, Ed started in real estate in 2003.  His first project was to buy an investment property at PGA West in LaQuinta, CA.  Ed and his wife Danielle managed and marketed the golf course property nationwide as a vacation rental and sold the unit in 2005 for a 62% return on investment.

In 2004, Ed obtained his California Real Estate license and started working for Cal Sun Realty in Marina Del Rey.  Specializing as a buyer’s agent, Ed hosted many open houses and very easily and quickly meet and worked with potential buyers. In the days of fast selling properties and multiple offer situations, Ed showed strength in strategically negotiating deals that were in the best interest of his clients which led to many referrals.

In late 2008 Ed met Beverly Taki and moved his license with her firm, Seabreeze Estates Realty and joined the Malibu Association of Realtors.  "I found Beverly to be one of the most knowledgeable and honest brokers I had ever met, it was a perfect fit!" Ed commented. 

Having the experience of working with A list celebrities, launching multi-faceted marketing campaigns, negotiating complex matters and his natural ability to work well with people, Ed is a natural fit for today’s real estate market.

When not working Ed and his wife can be found spending time with  black lab Sammie. Ed is a Calabasas resident and specializes in that city as well as Malibu.
